Chile Pod-Habanero

World's hottest chile. Related to the scotch bonnet and rocotillo. Yellow-orange in color, lantern shaped. Intense, fiery, acidic heat with tropical fruit flavors of coconut and papaya. Main ingredient in jerks and many hot sauces.
