Traditional spice throughout southern China and Vietnam to season roast meat and poultry. Rub well into meat and poultry and set aside for flavor to permeate. Often used as a marinade. Classic combination of Szechuan Peppercorn, Star Anise, Fennel, Cinnamon and Cloves. No salt added.
