The first medium dark chile blend. Chiltomaline is a combination of carefully selected ground chiles, the finest cumin, and other spices. Try as Bar-B-Que rub. This is the very first chile blend formulated before the turn of the 20th century. Since there was not dehydrated garlic available at the time, this blend contains NO garlic. Add 3-4 tablespoons per pound meat for chili.
