Chives

Small, grass-like hardy perennial, Allium schoenoprasum, with mild, delicate onion flavor. Use with cottage cheese, dips, creamy sauces, salad dressings and sour cream on baked potatoes. Sprinkle over vichyssoise and other cream soups.
