Chile Pepper-New Mexico Green, Hot-Ground

Roasted, peeled, dried and ground. Sweeter than the NM red and more heat than the regular Green New Mexico chile. Medium olive to dark green in color. Light, smoky flavor with hints of citrus, dried apples, herbs and celery.
