Chile Pepper-New Mexico Green- Ground

Roasted, peeled and dried. Sweeter than the NM red. Medium olive to dark green in color. Light, smoky flavor with hints of citrus, dried apples, herbs and celery. This pepper is chosen for its flavor, not drab appearance.
